For my second brief was to create a movie poster. I chose the movie “Dial M for Murder” (1954) by Alfred Hitchcock. 2020/2021

This poster combines traditional and digital media. The handprint is my own handprint that I achieved using ink and printing my hand onto the page. For the texture I scanned a ruffled plastic. 

The font I used was Helvetica. The "M" was drawn in Adobe Photoshop and created on it's own.

The poster is inspired by the scene where Grace Kelly's character Margot, picks up the call that incites the main conflict of the film.
